I registered for my first 5k today! Going to do the color run in kc on July 1st! I hate running and it's the most painful thing I could do to my body. It hurts my feet, my back and my hips so bad, to the point that I cannot move or walk 30 min. After. So why on earth would I register to run a 5k? Because its a challenege and a goal that I have had since the start of this weight loss journey. I am going to start a 5k training plan and follow through! Hopefully along the way I will lose the 7lbs I have put on this winter as well!
